Born Pretty Nail Varnish!

So in the last month I received this really lovely nail-varnishes from BornPretty.com, I got sent the Holographic turquoise and a matt cover. I had intended to write this posts as a how to use post but due to stress I have bitten down all my nails and they are pretty gross, so I will write a how to use post and then a little review at the bottom.

So for this post I will be writing about the holographic nail varnish. Which on the website is the “Born Pretty Holographic Holo Glitter Nail Polish Varnish Hologram Effect 12″

So, the first thing that I noticed about this really pretty colour, was how glittery it was. In the past I have used holographic nail varnishes and they have been rubbish! But as a starting point I was very impressed with the packaging of the bottle and the colour looked great.

So then I started applying the colour, it comes out in quite a thin layer, which isn’t an issue whatsoever with the drying time being maybe 2 minutes a thin layer. After a couple of layers the colour was exactly the same as what the image on the website is! ( Which really surprised me because for a nail varnish which isn’t too expensive it works so well)

The only thing that I noticed when I was applying it is that if you apply a coat when the other isn’t fully dry is can get a bit crumbly, which is more my fault for not checking it was dry. Other than that I am very happy with the product and in the future I would like to buy the other holographic colours such as Born Pretty Holographic Holo Glitter Nail Polish Varnish Hologram Effect 11# and  Born Pretty Holographic Holo Glitter Nail Polish Varnish Hologram Effect 5# as they are just so gorgeous!
