AD | Hey lovelies I can’t believe it, today is the start of my gift guides, and today we’re talking all about that person in your life, who might be easy to buy for, who might be hard to buy for but ultimately loves technology and gadgets. We all know someone who loves gaming or technology, so I’ve tried to include bits that will fit everyone’s budget.
A Disney Plus Yearly Subscription
If lockdown has taught us anything, it’s that having the right home entertainment is really important. Have a die hard Disney lover in your family? A years subscription could be the perfect gift for a lover of the franchise. Look into subscription options here.
The Nintendo Switch Lite
The Nintendo Switch (AF) was such a big release earlier in the year. It’s a perfect gift for those budding gamers in your family, or for your partner. It is an expensive purchase, but I’ve loved mine and have used it multiple times in lockdown, and since. It’s bough me hours of joy and I’m sure it will for many of others.
I personally have used mine to play Animal Crossing (AF). But I will also be purchasing Pokemon Sword (AF) and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX (AF).
Anova Culinary Sous Vide Precision Cooker Nano
The perfect way to not under or over cook your food. The pressure cooker circulates water at the exact temperature required for perfectly cooked meals, no matter what you’re cooking. You can use it to cook Chicken, fish, vegetables, eggs, beef, lamb, pork and much more. You add the pressure cooker to a pot or container , fill the pot or container with water, add your food in a sealed bag, and cook manually with the built-in controls or from your phone with the Anova App. A great gift for anyone with a love of cooking in your family. Personally I can’t wait to buy one for myself.
De’Longhi Nescafé Dolce Gusto Mini Me
I recently got a coffee machine why in Lockdown. I’ve moved into a new place and it just made the place so much nicer to be at, but honestly this would make a perfect gift for a couple, grandparents, literally anyone who adores coffee. Plus this particular machine comes with some free coffee pods to get them started! Grab the De’Longhi Nescafé Dolce Gusto Mini Me here for £47.
If you have a bigger budget this is also an incredible option Swan Espresso Machine, 15 Bars of Pressure, Milk Frother, 1.2L Tank, Scandi Style at £99 (AF).
Smart Coffee Mug Warmer Electric Beverage Warmer
The perfect little piece of tech for those in your life that leave a cold cup of coffee or tea everywhere. I absolutely love mine and couldn’t recommend it more. It’s such a savvy bit of tech, particularly great for freelancers. Buy it here.
Instax Mini 11 Camera, Charcoal Gray
An Insta is the perfect gift for that member of your family that loves making memories, and taking photos. It’s an impressive bit of tech that allows you to print instant photos. The refill paper is also exceptional affordable per pack.
I love mine, and it’s been such a staple to me in 2020. I really recommend picking on up for you or your loved ones.
A Video Doorbell
A video doorbell is also an incredible idea for someone who may have recently moved, a new couple, or your grandparents. I can’t wait to own a video doorbell at my new property. It’s the perfect piece of home security and there are so many options to fit you and your budget/requirements.
`Fire TV Cube, 4K Ultra HD streaming media player
A Fire TV Cube allows you to control all of your smart home devices plus all of your shows and movies with voice commands it’s such a nifty product. We all know someone who constantly loses the TV remote and would absolutely love this.
Robot Vacuum and Mop
This is a robot vacuum and mop, that not only vacuums the floor but can also mop all your floors? Revolutionary if you ask me. It’s quick and has 13 types of sensors to safely navigate and pick the correct cleaning for the floor, it’s able to get hard dirt of surfaces and clean carpet fibres.. I don’t know about you, but one of these would change my life and would be a fab Christmas gift for anyone.
Bose SoundLink Micro Bluetooth Speaker
This is a small but mighty portable bluetooth speaker, which is waterproof and has 6 hours of worth of battery life once charged. You’re able to play music, or have conference calls as it has a mic built in for this purpose. Which is so handy for music lovers and those that work at home, or regularly have conference calls. It also has a strap to take it out and about on the go
uPlug Smart Plug WiFi Outlet Mini Plug
The uPlug wifi smart plug works with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and can control your home appliances by giving voice commands. When you are not at home, you can still control the appliances via Smart Life app. You simply download the Free “Smart Life” app from the App Store or Google Play and follow the instructions in the user manual and you are good to go.
With your phone you can schedule connected devices to turn on and off automatically, start your toaster of coffee maker before you get up, and enjoy your breakfast without wasting time, save energy when lights are not needed or left on by accident. It really is a nifty device.
So these are a few ideas of those that love tech in your life. Is there any tech gifts you’re hoping for this year? Personally I hope to receive a video doorbell and a pressure cooker. I’m all for modernising my home.

There are some great options here. I’ve seriously been considering getting a robot vacuum for our house. With 4 pets, I feel like I’m ALWAYS vacuuming up pet hair. Literally, multiple times/day. Having that would be such a great break for me – one more thing off my to-do list.

These are all such good ideas, I’ve been struggling with some ideas on what to get a few people so this will definitely help! I love the idea of the Instax camera x

These are some great ideas Kayleigh! I’ve been thinking about a new coffee/hot chocolate machine as our last one broke and we’ve never replaced it. And I really do miss it!
Disney + has been one of our best investments this year too. It’s certainly kept our 7 year old entertained during lockdown.
The Instax camera is something I’ve been lusting after for a while. With so many of our photos being digital now, I love the idea of having some ‘physical photos’ that I can stick to the fridge or the notice board.
Thanks for sharing all these x

Love the idea of a mug warmer. I hate when my tea goes cold, or even lukewarm. It has to be hot!

A year of Disney + is such a great idea for a gift! I would love a video doorbell, it would save me getting up to answer the door if they’re just delivering a parcel! x
